Recruitment Specialist - Volume Hiring
Role Purpose
This role will own the end-to-end recruitment process and partner closely with clients to develop talent sourcing and attraction strategies for junior-to-senior hires. We aim to deliver a great experience for both our clients and candidates that lends genuine insight into our culture.
Key Responsibilities- Recruiting:
Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Utilize recruitment databases and tools to identify potential candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient placement of candidates.
Coordinate interviews and feedback sessions with clients and candidates.- Candidate Management:
Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
Selecting candidates for appropriate positions, arranging interviews and fully briefing candidates on the company and role
Taking responsibility for candidate care and keeping in regular contact with our candidates- Market Intelligence:

Achieving revenue targets and meeting individual KPIs in a fast moving, competitive sales environment
Requirements- Team player with a high level of professionalism and adaptability.
- At least 6months experience in Volume Hiring
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
