GA HR Consultancy Inc. is the accredited executive search partner for this direct-hire, hybrid role based in Alabang (scheduled reporting and meeting in HQ) and Cebu.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager with a solid background in enterprise solution sales—particularly in ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end sales cycles, building strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth through value-based selling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities in assigned markets
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and manage strong, trust-based relationships with clients
  • Serve as key contact for strategic accounts and retention efforts
  • Solution Selling & Closing
  • Understand business challenges and position tailored ERP solutions
  • Lead product demos, proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
  • Market Intelligence & Collaboration
  • Stay current on industry trends and share insights with clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to co-sell and deliver solutions
  • Reporting & Forecasting
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and performance reporting
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years in enterprise software sales, with 2+ years in ERP (SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics)
  • Strong understanding of B2B selling, consultative sales cycles, and client onboarding
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (any business or tech-related field)
Key Skills
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and technical teams
  • Fluent in English and Filipino (verbal and written)
  • Familiarity with ERP project life cycles and value propositions
