Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition & Development Manager ensures the delivery of high‑quality talent and drives employee growth by leading recruitment strategies and learning initiatives that strengthen organizational capability and performance.

Talent Acquisition
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and background checks
  • Provide hiring managers with tools, guidance, and insights to support informed hiring decisions
  • Review and enhance recruitment policies, processes, and metrics to ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external talent pipelines
Talent Development
  • Conduct training needs analysis and translate business strategy into learning and development plans
  • Design, implement, and maintain onboarding, development, and capability‑building programs
  • Lead the execution of the annual training plan and manage learning budgets effectively
  • Support department managers in implementing individual and team development plans
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness and monitor transfer of training to the job
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Psychology or a related discipline
  • At least 2 years of managerial/ supervisory experience in talent acquisition and employee development, ideally within a manufacturing setup
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational capability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Adaptable, flexible, and able to perform well in a fast‑paced environment
