DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
E-Commerce Management- Manage and monitor online selling platforms, company website, and other e-commerce channels.
- Upload and update product listings, pricing, product descriptions, and promotional materials.
- Monitor online orders, customer inquiries, cancellations, and returns.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics personnel regarding order fulfillment and deliveries.
- Ensure timely processing and updating of customer orders.
- Assist in implementing online sales and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor online sales performance and prepare sales reports.
- Coordinate with Marketing regarding advertisements, promotions, and product launches.
- Analyze online sales trends and customer behavior.
- Assist in increasing online visibility and customer engagement.
- Provide technical support for computers, printers, internet connections, CCTV, and office systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain and update company systems, software, and digital records.
- Monitor data backup and system security.
- Coordinate with external IT providers when necessary.
- Assist in maintaining the company website and online platforms.
- Ensure product information and digital content are updated and accurate.
- Monitor website functionality and report technical issues.
- Support digital integration between sales and inventory systems.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Inventory personnel regarding stock availability.
- Monitor inventory levels for online products.
- Ensure accurate inventory synchronization between online platforms and warehouse stocks.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly e-commerce sales reports.
- Maintain records of online transactions and IT maintenance activities.
- Document technical issues, repairs, and system updates.
- Follow company policies, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company data and customer information.
- Assist in company digital transformation initiatives.
- Perform other tasks assigned by immediate superior.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related course.
- Preferably with experience in e-commerce operations, online selling platforms, or IT support.
- Knowledgeable in online marketplace management and digital systems.
- Familiar with troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online selling platforms.
- Basic knowledge in graphic design and digital marketing is an advantage.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
