Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on travel destinations, flight options, dates, and accommodations
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure long-term client relationships
- Leverage industry knowledge to close sales and maximize client satisfaction
- Engage in ongoing training and development to grow skills and performance
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 6 months BPO/call center experience
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Solid PC proficiency
- Previous travel or sales experience is an advantage
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient in achieving sales goals
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule and Location:
- Onsite Work: Applicants must be available to work onsite at Cebu IT Park TGU Tower.
- Flexible Shifts: Five working days per week with two days off.
