• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
• Assist in planning, organizing, directing and controlling aspect of operations to improve proficiency and efficiency of Sales Team
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, taking inventory, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers
• Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
• Inventory stock and reorder when necessary
• Instruct staff on how to handle difficult or complicated sales
• Meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions
• Formulate pricing policies and accuracy
• Attend trade shows to identify new products and services
• Coach, counsel, recruit, train and discipline employees
• Approve contracts with vendors
• Utilize information technology to record sales figures for data analysis
• Organize and coordinate sales representatives schedules

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor 5 Yrs. & up experienced employees specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• With background on fast moving consumer goods distribution. Possess the ability to be keen on details, patience and with good working attitude
