Posted on 28 July 2025- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and increase repeat business
- Monitor service center sales performance and suggest improvements
- Build strong relationships with key customers, corporate accounts, and fleet partners
- Work closely with marketing to create promotions and campaigns that support sales goals
- Train and motivate sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service standards
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth customer experience from sales to service delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 1 year of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the automotive, service, or hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience managing a team and handling corporate accounts
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales performance tools
- Fluency in English; Mandarin or other languages
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to resolve issues professionally
