  • Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and increase repeat business
  • Monitor service center sales performance and suggest improvements
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, corporate accounts, and fleet partners
  • Work closely with marketing to create promotions and campaigns that support sales goals
  • Train and motivate sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service standards
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth customer experience from sales to service delivery
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1 year of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the automotive, service, or hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing a team and handling corporate accounts
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales performance tools
  • Fluency in English; Mandarin or other languages
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to resolve issues professionally
