• Assist customers with insurance policies, coverage, claims, and billing concerns
• Provide accurate information about insurance products and services
• Support account updates and policy-related requests
• Document customer interactions in the system
• Escalate complex concerns when necessary
• Meet quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction goals

• High School or Senior High School graduate
• No experience required
• Open to fresh graduates and career shifters
• Good English communication skills
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented
• Basic computer skills and multitasking ability
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
• Amenable to shifting schedules
