Job Description

• Investigate high-risk incidents, suspicious transactions, and potential fraud cases involving customers, merchants, and Sales Associates.
• Conduct field validation, customer residence checks, barangay verification, and area investigations when necessary.
• Analyze fraud trends, operational risks, and compliance issues within assigned areas.
• Collaborate with the Merchant Fraud Team, Sales Field Trainers, and Area Managers to address fraud alerts and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct spot checks and field audits to ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
• Prepare accurate investigation reports, case documentation, and risk assessment findings.
• Coordinate with local authorities or barangay officials for information validation when required.
• Support fraud prevention initiatives through coaching, awareness sessions, and process improvement recommendations.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure timely reporting of all investigation activities and findings.

• Bachelors Degree in Criminology, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field.
• Ideally with 2 years of experience in fraud investigation, field audit, risk management, or sales operations.
• Background in financial services, lending, or fintech is an advantage.
• Strong investigative, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
