Job Description
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives with experience in Insurance or BPO accounts (any LOB) to support our growing operations. This role requires handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing excellent service across billing, claims, and account-related concerns.
Qualifications
✅ Must-Have:
- College level or graduate
- At least 1–2 years BPO experience
- Experience handling any of the following:
- Insurance accounts (preferred)
- Billing / Financial accounts
- Collections or Payment Processing
- Credit Card / Fraud Claims
- Strong English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu
- Willing to work graveyard shifts
✅ Nice-to-Have:
- Background in Healthcare, Retail, Financial, or Insurance accounts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused
- Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions
- Assist with billing, claims, and account concerns
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions
