Risk Management and Insurance Officer

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will deliver data-driven hazard mitigation programs and advanced claims administration to optimize coverage, improve operational safety, and safeguard our physical and financial interests in the consumer goods industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead regular risk assessments of company properties, facilities, and assets; develop loss-prevention programs to minimize operational business disruptions.
• Administer comprehensive policies for corporate properties, equipment, and assets (including vehicle coverage coordination); manage policy renewals to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Process and monitor property damage, theft, and accident claims; coordinate investigations and liaise with insurers to accelerate financial settlements.
• Maintain updated asset inventories and prepare executive-level dashboards on risk exposure, premium tracking, claims trends, and historical loss data.
• Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Operations, and Facilities to provide expert guidance on contract insurance requirements and lead risk awareness programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management & Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or any related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of solid experience in risk management, property insurance, or claims handling, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing multi-site property and asset portfolios within the FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, or consumer goods sector is preferred.
• Proficient in contract review, risk-modeling methodologies, and asset tracking workflows, combined with exceptional multitasking, negotiation capabilities, and strong interpersonal skills
