BUSINESS ANALYST
Responsibilities:
- Create process documentation workflows, knowledge articles, and policies and guidelines for the customer service processes.
- Provide support in the implementation of projects on improvements and changes affected by organizational directions and regulatory promulgations thereby improving customer service delivery and ensuring attainment of corporate goals.
- Perform monitoring of customer processes to ensure that they are performing within prescribed KPIs by conducting process health check and mitigating identified risks and gaps.
- Provision of assistance to address process and system-related concerns.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate of any of the following courses: BS Industrial Engineering, BS Information Technology or any equivalent or related course.
- With a strong background in designing and optimizing workflows, and proven experience in building processes from the ground up to drive operational efficiency and business insights.
- Preferably with knowledge and experience in business analysis, process management and data analytics
