Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with proven experience supporting the Australian market. Candidates with global recruitment experience are also encouraged to apply. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of professional and technical positions while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent and an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job intake through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, workforce plans, and candidate profiles.
  • Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and assessments.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and offer management.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment reports, and ATS documentation.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal processes and service level expectations.
Required Experience
  • 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
  • Experience recruiting for the Australian market and/or global clients.
  • Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and key business stakeholders.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern sourcing platforms.
Nice-to-Have Experience
  • Agency recruitment or RPO experience.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple industries and professional disciplines.
  • Experience supporting international or remote teams.
  • Experience with recruitment reporting and workforce planning.
