Join our dynamic team as a Senior Recruiter in a fixed-term role with the potential to be absorbed into the company based on performance! This is a hybrid position based in Taguig, offering a blend of remote and in-office work.

What You'll Do:

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

Collaborate with hiring managers to meet talent needs across different departments.

Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.

Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Track key recruitment metrics to continuously improve the process.

What We're Looking For:

At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably at a senior or lead level.

Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment across various levels and industries.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment (combination of remote and Taguig-based office work).

Proficiency in ATS systems and popular recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, JobStreet, etc.).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
