Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical/Corporate Recruiter to join our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate positions across various industries.You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver quality talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for engineering, technical, and corporate functions and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and recruitment timelines.
- Source active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, social media, and Boolean search techniques.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, technical competencies, and overall fit.
- Coordinate interviews and provide timely updates to candidates and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Present qualified candidates while ensuring quality, speed, and compliance with recruitment standards.
- Negotiate employment offers and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare recruitment reports and monitor hiring metrics to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Stay informed on labor market trends and sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting for both technical and corporate positions.
- Previous experience in an RPO, staffing agency, executive search, or high-volume recruitment environment is highly preferred.
- Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Boolean Search, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment while meeting recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience supporting multiple clients or business units.
- Exposure to engineering, technology, construction, manufacturing, or shared services recruitment.
- Strong market mapping and passive candidate sourcing skills.
- Experience handling hard-to-fill or niche roles.
