Office Staff (Business Development Department)

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Staff member to support daily administrative and clerical operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
• Answer phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
• Provide support to other departments as required
• Ensure the office environment is organized and professional

• College Graduate of any related course
• Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
