Business Development Specialist
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development & Sales Specialist (preferably with a background in Architecture or Engineering) to join our growing team.
Although this position is posted under United Facade, the role will primarily support our sister company, West Point Architectural Products, focusing on marketing, business development, and sales activities related to railing systems and facade solutions.
This role is centered on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting Empire Railing’s services and project portfolio to prospective clients—particularly through LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working independently, while also collaborating closely with technical and engineering teams across both companies to deliver tailored solutions to clients. A background in Architecture or Engineering, along with experience in client relations, is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client/customer relations.
- Educational background in Architecture or Engineering (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in using LinkedIn for professional networking and outreach.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with excellent communication skills.
- Experience working with international clients.(preferred)
- Knowledge or background in construction, facade systems, or related industries is a strong plus
