Location: Cebu City, Cebu (on-site)

Qualifications:

• At least a Senior High School Graduate or completion of 2 years in College.
• Minimum of 1 year of Sales Experience (BPO/Non-BPO), preferably in selling furniture, cars, gadgets, or real estate.
• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Excellent active listening skills.
• Flexible and able to work shifting schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential customers through various methods (cold calling, networking, referrals, online research, etc.).
• Building and Maintaining Relationships: Establishing rapport and trust with prospects and existing clients.
• Presenting and Demonstrating Products/Services: Effectively showcasing the features, benefits, and value proposition of the company's offerings in a way that resonates with the customer.
• Closing Sales: Persuading prospects to make a purchase and guiding them through the sales process.
• Keeping Abreast of Industry Trends: Staying informed about market trends, customer behavior, and potential opportunities.
