We are seeking an experienced Service to Sales Representative to join our team in the Southeast Asia region. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting service enquiries into sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities :

• Answer incoming communications from customers
• Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues.

• Completed senior high school or two years in college
• Open to all newbies or with customer service experience
• Great verbal communication and business writing skills
• Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
• Computer experience.
