• Senior High School graduate, OR
• Undergraduate (completed at least 2 years/4 semesters), OR
• College graduate (any course)
• At least 1 year of sales experience (BPO or non-BPO)
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Strong persuasion skills and a customer-first mindset
• Able to work on-site and on shift schedules, including weekends and holidays

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with travel bookings, packages, and inquiries
• Offer travel solutions tailored to the customer’s needs, including upselling and cross-selling services
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team leads and support staff to resolve customer concerns efficiently
