SENIOR / JUNIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Salary Range: 18k-20k plus commissions and incentives

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Can work with the owner and manager directly.
• Hires and trains sales representatives. (Senior Sales)
• Manages a team of sales representatives. (Senior Sales)
• Present, promote and sell products/services of company
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and site visits
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Track sales and make status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Continuously improve through feedback

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/College Degree with Sales & Management background of no less than 1 year
• Knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, &/or Google docs, Google Sheets is important.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Superb work ethic and ability to accept feedback.
• Willingness to work overtime when required
