About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Data Encoder to join our team at May. Exports Phil. Inc. in Calamba City, Laguna. As a Data Encoder, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and organizing data in the company system as required with export shipment.
Export industry or shipping/logistics experience is preferred but not required.
What you'll be doing- Prepare and print label / sticker per product requirements.
- Organize and maintain records of product label.
- Support the validation, reconciliation and rectification of label requirements.
- Graduate of any 4-year business course or computer related course.
- With at least 6 months to 1 year experience as Data Encoder
- Must be computer proficient (MS Office)
- Advanced level proficiency in MS Office applications is required.
- High adaptability in using application / system for data encoding.
- Preferably residing in Calamba City, Laguna and nearby vicinity.
- Good communication skills for clarifying and reporting data.
- Attention to detail
- Can start immediately.
