Job description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Encoder / QA Assistant to support our Quality Assurance team. The role involves accurate data encoding, documentation, and assisting in inspection processes to ensure product quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately encode inspection results, production data, and reports into the system
- Maintain and organize QA documents, records, and files
- Assist QA personnel in inspection of parts and materials
- Prepare reports and documentation for quality control
- Ensure all encoded data is correct and updated on time
- Coordinate with production and QA team regarding inspection status
- Support daily QA operations and other related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any related course (Engineering or Technical course is an advantage)
- With or without experience (experience in QA or encoding is a plus)
- Knowledge in basic MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Keen on details and organized
- Willing to work in a manufacturing environment
- Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills
