System Encoder

Workforce Philippines Resources Inc. is looking for passionate and customer-oriented System Encoder to join our partner cafés!

The System Encoder is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data related to restaurant operations such as sales, inventory, employee records, and deliveries. The role ensures that all information in the system is accurate, organized, and up to date to support smooth day-to-day operations of the café or restaurant.

• Encode daily sales transactions, orders, and inventory records into the system.
• Update and maintain accurate data on supplies, stocks, and deliveries.
• Generate reports such as sales summaries, inventory lists, and consumption logs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for data accuracy.
• Assist in monitoring discrepancies between actual and system records.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
• Ensure timely submission of reports to management.
• Perform other clerical or administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

• At least College Level or Graduate of any IT, Business, or related course.
• With or without experience (training will be provided).
• Computer literate; proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data entry systems.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Organized, efficient, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
