HR Admin Associate

The HR Admin Associate provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. This role assists in recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, attendance monitoring, payroll coordination, and other HR-related activities to ensure efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases.
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Monitor attendance, leave applications, and timekeeping records.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, certificates, and reports.
- Coordinate payroll-related information with the payroll or finance team.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in organizing training programs, employee events, and engagement activities.
- Ensure HR documents are properly filed and kept confidential.
- Support compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws is an advantage.
Preferred Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, administration, or a related role.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
