We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful, and people-driven HR-Recruitment Associate to join our HR team — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to get things done, and can work independently while staying aligned with business goals.
This role is hands-on and dynamic: perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, is confident in handling end-to-end recruitment, and is equally comfortable managing admin responsibilities and paperwork. If you're highly organized, quick to learn, and not afraid of a little pressure, this might be the role for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles.
- Build strong, strategic relationships with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with organizational needs.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels including job boards, social platforms, and professional networks to find top-tier talent.
- Handle employment documentation and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and internal HR protocols.
- Maintain and organize employee records, contracts, and performance documents with high attention to detail.
- Assist in HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Help facilitate onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Be prepared to occasionally stay beyond regular work hours when required to meet important deadlines or events.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR administration, preferably in hotel/resort industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — confident when presenting, engaging, and building rapport across all levels.
- Highly organized and tech-savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn HR platforms quickly.
- Able to stay focused and proactive even with minimal supervision.
- Understands the value of teamwork, professionalism, and flexibility.
