THE OPPORTUNITY: (Night Shift) HR/ADMIN ASSISTANT
The HR/Admin Assistant (Night Shift) is responsible for performing HR and administrative tasks during night shift hours to support and maintain the continuity of day shift HR and administrative operations.
WHAT IT TAKES- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or other Behavioral Science or Business-Related Courses
- 1-3 years experience in different facets of HR (compensation and benefits, engagement, other HR facet support)
- Enjoys interacting with people, able to build a relationship with the entire organization
- Has initiative, a positive attitude towards work and a driven personality
- Willing to work in IT Park
