Bachelor’s Degree, preferably from Marketing or Business Course FSSC Related Training/s Minimum of seven (7) years managerial experience in retail operations Must have strong creative, strategic and analytical skills, especially when it comes to data integration and analysis Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in managing day-to-day operations as well as in channel With strong ability to effectively communicate with all levels/divisions/groups within and outside the organization With strong management skills With good leadership skills and strong ability to work and communicate with third- party service providers With good written and oral communication skills Must be computer savvy especially with MS Excel and MS Powerpoint Must be flexible and adaptable to new business process and culture sets Must be highly organized and has good time management skills

Qualifications/Requirements
