HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resources functions. The ideal candidate will manage the full spectrum of HR activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Manage employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Administer compensation, benefits, performance management, and payroll processes.
• Lead training and development programs to support employee growth.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to management on HR matters and organizational development.
• Drive HR process improvements, including merit increase processes and team structure optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR role with full HR scope.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
• Expertise in recruitment, talent management, compensation & benefits, training, and employee relations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to start immediately and quickly integrate into our HR team.
