DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct service diagnosis and assessment on electro-mechanical products
- Perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and testing & commissioning on assigned products
- Review customer warranty claims for supplied company products
- Determine and submit required materials and equipment necessary for site
- Prepare and submit in-depth service and evaluation reports
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the Company
SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Has technical knowledge on pumps, motors and other engineering equipment
- Passionate, hard worker and well-organized professional with power to prioritize and multi-task
- Should possess sound judgment, exert discretion and be able to preserve confidentiality
- Fast learner and willing to be trained with different lines of products
- Knows how to create good business correspondence and work in a team-setting
- Willing to travel to various assigned areas
- Can work on weekends and holidays when required
