Customer Service (Dispatch & Logistics) - PIONEER ACCOUNT

This role is responsible for handling incoming customer calls, scheduling appointments, coordinating technician routes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day dispatch operations. Candidates must be comfortable using dispatching and logistics software such as Zuper/Logistics AI.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer service and dispatch calls professionally and efficiently
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician dispatching
• Manage and update dispatching systems accurately and in real time
• Communicate clearly with technicians and customers regarding scheduling updates
• Monitor routes and adjust schedules as needed throughout the day
• Maintain organized records and detailed job notes
• Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving support
• Work closely with management to ensure operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of prior dispatching experience required
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with dispatching software such as Zuper, Logistics AI, or similar systems preferred
• Prior dispatcher or customer service experience required
• Must be willing to work in Libis, Quezon City and US Schedule
