Posted on 15 April 2026- This role is responsible for ensuring that cases are accurately categorized in accordance with CMS guidelines, reviewing compliance reports, and supporting operational workflows related to medical records and case management. This role involves analyzing cases and patient records and providing support for inbound communications when necessary.
- Registered Nurse with any specialization
- 1–2 years of CPO experience
- At least 1 year of clinical experience
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong dedication to quality and attention to detail
- Ability to manage complex workflows and ensure seamless implementation
- Commitment to the highest standards of security and compliance
