IT Manager (Service Delivery)

About the role

Shera Building Solution (Philippines) Corp. is seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Pampanga, Central Luzon. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective delivery of IT services to our organisation, ensuring our technology infrastructure and systems meet the needs of the business.

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT support team, including incident response, problem management, and service request fulfilment
2. Develop and implement IT service delivery strategies and policies to drive continuous improvement and enhance the user experience
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align IT services accordingly
4. Monitor and report on IT service performance, identifying areas for optimisation and implementing corrective actions
5. Manage external vendor relationships and oversee the delivery of contracted IT services
6. Provide leadership and mentoring to the IT support team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
7. Ensure compliance with relevant IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT service delivery or IT operations management role
2. Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL, and experience in their practical application
3. Proven track record in leading and motivating IT support teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused services
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
5. Proficient in the use of IT service management tools and technologies
6. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business terms
7. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
