☑ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar IT Supervisor or IT Team Leader role, preferably within the Information & Communication Technology industry☑Strong technical expertise in managing and maintaining a diverse range of IT systems and technologies, including hardware, software, and networking
☑Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve IT-related issues
☑Proficient in project management, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple IT initiatives simultaneously
☑ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance to non-technical personnel
☑ Familiarity with relevant IT-related policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
☑ A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
