Client Accounts Advisor - IT (Up to ₱70K)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM (PH Time)

This role manages a portfolio of key clients while partnering closely with our Client Advisors and the IT Lead to strengthen compliance, cyber security, and business systems efficiency. The advisor will ensure technical requirements are met, policies are enforced, and certification goals (e.g., ISO 9001) are advanced — all while maintaining strong client relationships and service delivery.
In this role, you will:
Client Portfolio Management- Serve as primary advisor for a set of assigned clients.
- Lead regular check-ins, service reviews, and alignment meetings.
- Ensure operational and technical expectations are met, driving client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with IT Lead to design and enforce IT policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks.
- Support initiatives toward ISO 9001 certification, cyber security readiness, and audit compliance.
- Conduct audits of workstation setups, system access, and data security workflows.
- Act as client-facing partner for IT-related discussions, translating technical concepts into clear guidance.
- Review and assess how teams use IT/software across the business.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or improved adoption.
- Champion system utilization to drive productivity and accountability.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT and compliance processes.
- Identify recurring issues and implement systemic solutions.
- Hold teams accountable to agreed policies and procedures.
- Advise leadership on technical scalability, risk management, and compliance opportunities.
- Support proposals and onboarding with a focus on IT readiness and security.
- Collaborate with Recruitment to ensure candidates meet technical and compliance standards.
We’re Looking for Someone Who has:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in client account management with strong IT coordination background.
- Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 9001, cyber security frameworks, and audit processes.
- Strong communication skills — confident with both clients and technical teams.
- Proven ability to design and enforce policies, procedures, and compliance systems.
- Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a track record of driving improvements.
