IT Intern | On-Site Pampanga | Paid Internship

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• Support daily IT operations, including user account management, system backups, and updates
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining local area networks (LAN), wireless networks, and internet connectivity
• Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on IT systems
• Help document IT processes, procedures, and system configurations
• Participate in the deployment and imaging of desktops, laptops, and other devices
• Assist in the setup of user accounts, permissions, and passwords across systems
• Work with the IT team to ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery processes are in place
• Research and suggest improvements to current IT infrastructure and practices
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses

Collaborate with various departments to understand and support their IT needs

• Currently taking BS in Information Technology/Computer Science or its equivalent
• Knowledgeable in the following:
• Windows
• Linux
• System Administration
• Network
• Must be currently enrolled in an internship program.
• With a minimum internship of 300 hours.
• 1 Internship position are available.
• Must be willing to work onsite (2135, Marquee Mall, A. Gueco St. Marquee Mall 2nd Floor Above Metro Super Market, Angeles, Pampanga)
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00AM – 3:00PM
