Job Purpose
- Serves as the primary finance partner for our global Merchandising Division, ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and strategic insight.
- Overseeing global sales invoicing, inventory tracking, cost validation, tax considerations, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
- Key role in the implementation of our new inventory management system.

- Act as the primary finance partner for the hospitality merchandising business
- Collaborate with globais teams across operations, supply chain, sales, and corporate finance.
- Lead and coordinate global sales invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies.
- Oversee stock tracking across multiple countries, ensuring inventory accuracy and alignment with operational data.
- Maintain strong financial controls across the division’s activities.
- Provide guidance on tax considerations related to cross border sales, inventory movements, and local compliance requirements.
- Ensure revenue recognition is applied correctly.
- Take an active role to support the Financial Systems Support team with the implementation of the new D365 inventory module, helping ensure accurate configuration, testing, and adoption.
- Prepare regular financial reports, variance analyses, and performance insights for the division.
- Serve as the central finance point of contact for all global stakeholders involved in the merchandising offering.
- Coordinate with regional finance teams to ensure alignment on invoicing, stock, tax, and reporting matters
Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Hard Skills Required:
- Qualified local accountant in the Philippines (CPA or equivalent).
- 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A roles.
- Strong understanding of inventory accounting, cost of goods sold, and revenue recognition.
- Experience working with globais teams or multinational companies.
