Job Purpose
  • Serves as the primary finance partner for our global Merchandising Division, ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and strategic insight.
  • Overseeing global sales invoicing, inventory tracking, cost validation, tax considerations, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
  • Key role in the implementation of our new inventory management system.

Key Direct Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary finance partner for the hospitality merchandising business
  • Collaborate with globais teams across operations, supply chain, sales, and corporate finance.
  • Lead and coordinate global sales invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies.
  • Oversee stock tracking across multiple countries, ensuring inventory accuracy and alignment with operational data.
  • Maintain strong financial controls across the division’s activities.
  • Provide guidance on tax considerations related to cross border sales, inventory movements, and local compliance requirements.
  • Ensure revenue recognition is applied correctly.
  • Take an active role to support the Financial Systems Support team with the implementation of the new D365 inventory module, helping ensure accurate configuration, testing, and adoption.
  • Prepare regular financial reports, variance analyses, and performance insights for the division.
  • Serve as the central finance point of contact for all global stakeholders involved in the merchandising offering.
  • Coordinate with regional finance teams to ensure alignment on invoicing, stock, tax, and reporting matters

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Soft Skills Required:

  • Proactive, solutions oriented, and comfortable owning end to end finance processes.
  • Able to work independently while managing multiple global stakeholders.
  • Strong sense of accountability and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

Hard Skills Required:

  • Qualified local accountant in the Philippines (CPA or equivalent).
  • 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A roles.
  • Strong understanding of inventory accounting, cost of goods sold, and revenue recognition.
  • Experience working with globais teams or multinational companies.
