Store Manager (Nueva Ecija)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
• Ensure products meet quality, freshness, and presentation standards
• Monitor inventory levels; oversee ordering, receiving, and stock rotation
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies
• Handle cash management, POS accuracy, and daily sales reporting

• Drive sales by achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Ensure excellent customer experience and handle customer concerns professionally
• Implement sales promotions and merchandising initiatives
• Monitor store performance and take corrective actions when needed

• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate store staff
• Prepare work schedules and manage manpower efficiently
• Enforce company policies, discipline, and performance standards
• Motivate the team to maintain high morale and productivity

• Prepare operational, sales, and incident reports
• Control store expenses and minimize waste and losses
• Coordinate with head office regarding supplies, issues, and improvements

• Graduate of any business, hospitality, or related course (preferred)
• At least 2–4 years of experience in retail, food service, or bakery operations
• Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to work 6 days in a week
• Must be willing to be assigned in Guimba and Talavera
