Role Summary
As a Field Sales Representative, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle for new-logo and expansion opportunities in the Philippines. Your mission is to generate, qualify, and close deals across OSI Digital’s services portfolio, building lasting relationships with CXO-level and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Area
Pipeline Generation- Prospect via cold outreach, social selling, events, and partner channels• Maintain a rolling 3× pipeline aligned to quarterly targets
- Lead discovery to map customer pain points to OSI’s offerings• Craft proposals, SoWs, and RFP responses with pre-sales & practice leads
- Drive opportunities through MEDDPICC/BANT or similar methodology• Negotiate commercials, terms, and close contracts in coordination with legal & finance
- Land-and-expand: identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities in first 12 months• Conduct QBRs and ensure CSAT to support renewals
- Track competitor moves, price points, and industry trends• Feed insights to marketing for campaign refinement
- Update CRM (Salesforce) daily; submit accurate forecasts and activity metrics
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, IT, or related field)
- 4–7 years quota-carrying sales experience in IT services or software solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding annual revenue targets (₱40 M+ or US $750 k+)
- Strong network within Philippine enterprises (BFSI, Retail, Telco, Manufacturing, or Public Sector)
- Familiarity with consultative / value-based selling frameworks
- Excellent presentation & negotiation skills in English; Filipino a plus
- Valid Philippine driver’s license and willingness to travel nationwide
