Business Process Analyst

Job description:

• Documentation of Current Procedures and Necessary Manuals in Cold Storage Warehouse Operations
• Analyze Inbound, Outbound, and Storage Data to Improve Throughput and Space Utilization
• Analyze Warehouse Performance Metrics Including Productivity, Inventory Accuracy, Order Fulfillment, and Labor Utilization
• Monitor Labor and Equipment Productivity via Time-and-Motion Study
• Identify Process Inefficiencies and Recommend Data-Driven Improvements
• Support Inventory Management through Overseeing Cycle Count Analysis, Root Cause Investigations, and Variance Reporting
• Provide Weekly Insights that is Instrumental for Continuous Improvement
• Provide Monthly Business Review Reports for Management

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Management, Manufacturing, or any related field)
• At least 1 year of working experience in Operations, Business Process Management, or Project Management
• Reporting
• Present Analysis and Findings Significant to Current and Future Requirements
• Present Insights and Reviews from Daily Operations
• Problem-Solving
• Conduct Root-Cause Analysis to Provide Effective and Suitable Resolutions
• Operations Analysis and Related Technical Skills
• Perform Floor Observations and Data Gathering to Provide Relevant Data Analysis for Operations
• Conduct Time-and-Motion Study
• Facilities Layouting and Workflow Optimization
• Work Ergonomics - Research and Sourcing
• Conduct thorough Research to support Current and Future Projects and Initiative - Documentation
• Perform Actual Observations to Document Existing Procedures using Documentation Tools
• Support in Documentation of User-Guides, Training Materials, Memos, and other possible requirements by operation
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
• Proficiency in Excel (Advanced Formulas, Pivot Tables) and Visio
• Combination of Cold Storage Warehouse Floor and Office/Remote Analytical Work
• Willing to do Field Observations and Data Gathering at Different Sites
• Conducts Interdepartmental Communicatons and Discussions

• Open to graduates from any school
• With work experience in any Supply Chain Management (SCM) industry; experience in a cold storage warehouse setting is an advantage
• Proven experience in process improvement projects and process documentation
• Background in conducting Time and Motion Studies
• Willing and able to perform fieldwork in Cavite, and within NCR (Metro Manila), as needed
