Senior Business Process Architect

Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Business Process Architect to join our client's Enterprise Architecture team, mapping end-to-end business processes and analyzing how core enterprise systems integrate. You'll help decision-makers understand current-state integration, identify gaps and redundancies, and define a target-state architecture that supports the organization's digital agenda.
Key Responsibilities- Map current-state ("as-is") business processes and integration touchpoints across core systems (ERP, HRMS, finance, and reporting platforms).
- Analyze data flows, interface types, and middleware/iPaaS components to identify integration gaps and redundancies.
- Define target-state ("to-be") process and integration architectures, aligned with EA principles and digital strategy.
- Recommend process simplification, automation, and integration patterns (API-led, event-driven, etc.).
- Develop transition roadmaps with prioritized, sequenced improvements.
- Maintain process/integration artifacts and contribute to EA governance standards.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and EA review boards.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years in business process/enterprise architecture, business analysis, or related roles, including 3+ years in integration and core-systems landscape analysis.
- Proficiency in process/value stream mapping and EA notations (e.g., ArchiMate).
- Understanding of integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, ESB/iPaaS).
- Hands-on experience with EA/process tools (e.g., Signavio, ARIS, Bizagi, Sparx EA, LeanIX, or Visio).
- Familiarity with core enterprise systems (ERP, HRMS, CRM) and their typical integrations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- TOGAF, BPM CBOK, or Lean Six Sigma certification
