An HR Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding qualified candidates to meet an organization’s staffing needs. They play a critical role in talent acquisition, employer branding, and improving the candidate experience.This position involves both strategic planning and hands-on recruitment efforts to ensure the organization builds a strong and sustainable workforce
Qualifications/Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and various interview techniques
Proficiency with ATS, candidate databases, and recruitment software
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop recruitment strategies and manage multiple positions simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; an MBA is preferred for senior roles
