• Coordinate and schedule deliveries of raw materials and finished products with local and international suppliers, particularly Chinese-speaking contacts.
• Communicate daily with Mandarin-speaking suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock planning to prevent overstocking or shortages.
• Prepare and manage shipping and delivery documents, including invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, etc.
• Track and follow up on shipments to ensure timely delivery and update stakeholders accordingly.
• Liaise with customs brokers or freight forwarders for import-related transactions.
• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to align logistics with inventory and production needs.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and supplier communications.
• Identify and resolve delivery issues or delays in coordination with suppliers or carriers.
• Support the purchasing and procurement team in sourcing materials from Chinese-speaking markets.

• Proficient in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) and English/Filipino.
• Knowledge of shipping procedures, customs documentation, and supply chain best practices.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with logistics software is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Trustworthy, responsible, and capable of handling confidential supplier and shipment information.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in logistics, import/export, or supply chain management.
