About the role

ERL Technology Solutions Inc. is seeking a Sales Executive for Mindanao (Davao-based) to join our dynamic sales team on a fulltime basis. Based in Davao, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong client relationships across the Mindanao region.

This is a strategic role that sits at the heart of our business expansion efforts, enabling us to establish and strengthen our market presence in one of the Philippines' most dynamic regions.

Key responsibilities
  1. Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities within the Mindanao region to meet and exceed sales targets
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for account expansion and upselling
  3. Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to address client needs and competitive market conditions in the Mindanao territory
  4. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients
  5. Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation, closure and post-sale follow-up
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, proposals and transactions in the company CRM system
  7. Collaborate with internal teams including product, technical support and operations to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
  8. Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to inform sales strategy and positioning
  9. Report on sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to management on pipeline, forecasts and business development activities
What we're looking for
  1. Proven track record of success in sales roles, ideally within technology, IT solutions or professional services sectors
  2. Strong understanding of account and relationship management principles, with demonstrated ability to build and nurture long-term client partnerships
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  4. Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  5. Self-motivated and ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with team members
  6. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple accounts and opportunities
  7. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  8. Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the Mindanao region
  9. Familiarity with the Davao market and existing networks within the business community is advantageous
  10. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field is preferred
