Sales Executive

Job Summary

Trust Hardware Phils., Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to expand sales and manage client relationships for our construction supplies product lines, including paints and related building materials. This role involves active field sales, lead generation, account management, and handling project-based sales with contractors, hardware stores, institutional clients, and government projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct field sales activities for construction supplies such as paints, hardware, and building materials
  • Generate, develop, and follow up on sales and marketing leads
  • Perform regular sales calls, client visits, and product presentations
  • Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with customers and key accounts
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in retail, wholesale, and project-based accounts
  • Handle special projects for institutional clients such as schools, churches, and similar organizations
  • Manage special project sales involving products such as Kale, gypsum board, Tiplon, and other related materials
  • Handle and support government-related projects as required
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and submit basic sales reports and activity updates
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in field sales or as a medical representative; experience in construction supplies, hardware, or FMCG is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage field activities
  • Knowledge of the local construction market and customer base is a plus
  • Willingness to travel and conduct regular field work
