Brief Job Summary:

  • Responsible in representing the company, its products, services and offerings to corporate accounts, and partners to include but not limited to: Manning Agencies, Business Establishments, Government Offices, Educational Institutions, Social Organizations, Hospitals, Physicians, Free Standing Clinics and Laboratories

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition and Development - Identifies and engages potential clients through cold calls, referrals, networking, and scheduled visits to generate new business opportunities.
  • Client Support and Service Coordination - Handles client concerns promptly and coordinates with internal teams to ensure timely and professional resolution of issues.
  • Sales Activities and Proposals - Conducts sales calls and meetings, prepares proposals and agreements, and manages necessary sales documentation and system encoding.
  • Account Management - Maintains strong relationships with existing clients, renews agreements, and reactivates inactive or dormant accounts.
  • Client Visit Documentation - Records client visits through geotagged photos (e.g., Marki) as proof of engagement and field activity.
  • Reporting and Monitoring - Prepares and submits regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) and tracks sales performance against targets.
  • Team Initiatives and Field Activities - Participates in sales blitzes and collaborative activities with supervisors and managers to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Other Responsibilities - Performs additional tasks assigned by supervisors to support team goals and organizational priorities.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Graduate of any business or medical-related four (4)-year course, preferably with a strong interest in sales.
  • Possesses strong selling skills and a pleasing personality.
  • With relevant experience in sales, pharmaceutical, marketing, public relations, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Willing to perform field work.
  • Willing to be assigned at 584 E. Quirino Avenue, Davao City.
  • Available to start ASAP.
