Job Description:- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets set by the president;
- Train all Account Executives and assist in improving their skills particularly in dealing with Japanese clients.
- Take charge of the overall sales and marketing process such as data gathering, lead generation, market analysis, strategic directions, and budgeting;
- Perform other duties and responsibilities associated with the position particularly maintaining direct contact and customer care of Japanese clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualification (Education, Experience, Professional License, Skills Certification, Specialized Training): >University graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business
>Fluent in English and in Japanese (Verbal and Written)>Has more than 6 years of experience in Marketing and Sales with Japanese companies
