We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant – HR & Finance to support the daily administrative, human resources, and finance functions of the company. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, processing payroll-related documentation, tracking company expenses, and ensuring the accuracy of administrative and financial records.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave requests, and timesheets.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Prepare employment contracts, HR forms, memos, and other employee-related documents.
- Coordinate employee training, engagement activities, and company events.
- Ensure HR records are accurate, organized, and confidential.
- Assist in preparing invoices, billing statements, and collection follow-ups.
- Process purchase requests, purchase orders, and supplier documentation.
- Record and monitor company expenses and reimbursements.
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable monitoring.
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
- Support month-end reporting and reconciliation activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and finance personnel regarding payments and documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and business correspondence.
- Organize and maintain company files, contracts, and records.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and company activities.
