Job Description:

  • Oversee and manage nationwide operational activities to ensure efficient and consistent business performance across all branches or areas.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Monitor operational performance, productivity, and service quality to ensure targets and KPIs are achieved.
  • Coordinate with regional managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to address operational concerns and improve processes.
  • Analyze operational reports and data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage manpower allocation, workforce productivity, and operational budgeting across multiple locations.
  • Lead, coach, and evaluate operations teams to strengthen performance and employee engagement.
  • Handle escalation of operational issues and provide immediate solutions to maintain business continuity.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to support organizational initiatives and operational requirements.
  • Conduct site visits and operational audits to ensure consistency and compliance nationwide.
  • Recommend and implement cost-saving measures and process improvements to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Support business expansion, new project implementation, and operational planning for future growth.
  • Prepare and present operational reports, performance updates, and strategic recommendations to top management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 5–8 years of solid experience in Operations Management, preferably in retail, manpower agency, sales, or service-oriented industries.
  • Proven experience in handling multi-site or nationwide operations and managing large teams.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams effectively.
  • Knowledgeable in operational planning, process improvement, workforce management, and performance monitoring.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to resolve operational issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and operational reporting tools.
  • Knowledgeable in labor laws, health and safety standards, and regulatory compliance is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to travel nationwide for site visits, operational audits, and business requirements .
