About the role

This role is ideal for individuals looking to launch their career in the customer service industry with competitive earning potential of up to ₱30,000 per month, depending on performance and experience.

1. Answer and respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, providing clear, professional, and courteous support
2. Handle customer service requests through chat and email channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses
3. Document customer interactions accurately in the company system and maintain detailed records of all transactions
4. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner, escalating to supervisors when necessary
5. Provide product and service information to customers, addressing their questions and concerns comprehensively
6. Follow company protocols and procedures to maintain service quality standards
7. Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate excellent customer service skills in all interactions
8. Meet performance targets including call handling time, customer satisfaction ratings, and quality metrics
9. Participate in ongoing training and development programmes to enhance skills and product knowledge

1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred but not required for entry-level positions
2. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with clear pronunciation
3. Strong listening and comprehension abilities to understand customer needs and concerns
4. Proficiency in typing and basic computer skills; experience with customer service software is advantageous
5. Ability to multitask and manage multiple communication channels simultaneously
6. Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help and resolve customer issues
7. Patience, empathy, and emotional intelligence when dealing with challenging customer situations
8. Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to maintain consistent work attendance
9. Willingness to work flexible schedules, which may include shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
10. Prior call centre or customer service experience is preferred, particularly in voice, chat, or email support roles
11. Ability to work independently whilst being part of a collaborative team environment
